This is a 4 part Class on ‘Chicago Style Steppin’ brought to you by Vintrendi and Master Steppin’ Instructor, Snoop. Starting at a beginner’s level, learn 6/8 count formal instruction. It’s a great group or couple-friendly activity right in your own backyard in an inviting atmosphere.

🍷 Wine 101 at Vintrendi Wine Company

Wine 101 is a relaxed, interactive class designed to help you better understand wine — from how it’s made to how it’s meant to be enjoyed.

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • Basic wine production

  • Differences in wine styles

  • Sparkling and fortified wines 

  • Aging wine in stainless steel vs. oak

  • Proper use of a corkscrew, decanting, and aeration

  • How glassware affects aroma and flavor

  • How to taste wine using the Five S’s: See, Swirl, Smell, Sip, Savor

You’ll taste select Vintrendi wines while learning in a comfortable, no-pressure environment. ($55 including tax and gratuity)

Forget the complicated rules – this guided tasting breaks down wine and food pairing into something anyone can understand.  Under the knowledgeable  instruction of Kiana Keys of The Unpolished Grape; guests will explore how sweetness, acidity, tannin and texture interact through six thoughtfully paired bites and wines.  With aroma demonstrations and interactive lessons, you’ll learn how to recognize what you like, why you like it and how to make any wine taste its best. ($65 per person including tax & gratuity)

Vintrendi ‘Private Wine Blending Class”

Saturdays 12pm-2:30pm | By Appointment Only

Now available as a private activity class for groups of ten or more: a guided wine blending experience where you’ll mix, swirl, sip, and fine-tune your own custom wine creation. Choose from an expertly curated selection of dry to sweet reds and whites to build a wine that reflects your personal taste—from bold and structured to smooth with just a touch of sweetness. ($65 per person, 10 person minimum)
