Q. What is Vintrendi Wine Company. A liquor store or a winery?

A. Vintrendi Wine Company is both a micro-winery and a wine shoppe. We develop and bottle wines and offer them to the public for your drinking enjoyment.

Q. Do you have a wine club?

Q. Do you grow the grapes and other fruit you use for making wines?

A. No we do not grow our own fruit.  We partner with vineyards and orchards that have already juiced and processed the juice.  We then blend and infuse our proprietary flavors at that point, prior to bottling.

Q. Do you offer tours of the winery?

A. Not at this time. We are a micro-winery and our shop is mainly for production and order pick ups, for now.

Q. Can I sample a wine before buying it?

A. Of course!

 

Orders and Billing

 

Q. How can I pay for for my wine delivery?

A. You can pay online with a credit card or by PayPal on line through our online ordering system. If you pay in store or at an event you can pay with cash also.

Q. Can I come in and purchase a glass to drink at the winery?

A. Sure you can! You can also enjoy our cheeses and other selections that pair with our wines .` We also offer wine flights (sampler) to our patrons.

Q. What do I need to do in order to pick up my wines at the winery?

A. Select 'in-store Pick-up at Vintrendi Wine Company' when determining your shipping method.  Check our 'Contact' page for business hours. Please bring proper identification and a copy of the emailed receipt showing proof of purchase.

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

Q.  Can anyone at my residence receive deliveries or Fed Ex Shipments?

A. No, only persons age 21 and above can be present to sign at the time of delivery by winery staff or Fed Ex. Proper  identification is necessary in order to receive the delivery.

Q. What happens to my wine delivery can't be delivered if no one is home or age can't be verified?

A. Wine will be held at the local Fed Ex facility or sent back to the winery for hold. All resulting costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A. We can only ship to residential or business addresses.

Q. How soon will my order be processed after I pay online?

A. Wine orders placed-online will be processed within 24 hours. Due to extreme cold or hot temperatures,packages may be held so that wine is not damaged. Allow 3-5 business days for ground delivery by Fed Ex, depending on your location.

Q. How are Fed Ex delivery costs calculated?

A. Fed Ex shipping is based strictly on the weight of the items and packaging and associated fees. The shipping amount will be automatically calculated based on the number of bottles ordered and  theirshipping weight. Fed Ex delivery also requires a $5.00 Adult Signature Fee for all wine deliveries. Fee is included in quoted shipping rate.

Q. Is there a minimum order for delivery?

A. Yes, there is a two bottle minimum purchase for local deliveries and Fed Ex deliveries. If you live outside our normal delivery zone, call us and we may be able to arrange a special delivery.

Q. Do you ship to all states?

A. We do not ship wine to all states. Currently, we will only ship wine to the states listed: Illinois and Georgia.

Q. When will you ship wines to other states?

A. Please forward any other out-of-state sales inquiries directly to sales@vintrendiwines.com.  All other out-of-state sales are on full case purchases only.

Q. Should I Ship To My Home, Work Address, Or Fed Ex Office?

A. You can ship to either any one of the above. You may also consider shipping to a friend or neighbor who is generally available to sign for packages. Another  option is sending packages to an eligible Fed Ex Office location as it's free to have it held for five (5 ) business days and they often have flexible hours. Just bring your identification and tracking number!
